The breakfast is served by a smiling and warm team, in a most natural, relaxed setting on the beach, with spectacular sea-view, to the sounds of black parrot bird songs.
You will enjoy variety of home-made jam of local fruits : guava, banana, pawpaws and starfruits...
Nature and authenticity are very important features of Villa Flamboyant guesthouse and don't be surprised to see friendly lizards and birds come and share your breakfast - they are very fond of fruits .
The Continental breakfast is composed of fruits, juice, local bread, toasts,home - made jam, butter and tea or coffee ( including hot chocolate for kids ) .
Table d'hotes dinners, composed of succulent dishes of fresh fish, seafoods, organic local products and spices are served in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
We do also serve vegetarian meals.
Our table d'hote is recommended by ''le petit futé , and ''le guide du routard '' and other international guides commenting on Seychelles, land of tortoises and particularly isle of the Vallee de Mai, Unesco world heritage, where grows the famous coco de mer giant nut.
Villa Flamboyant also welcomes small groups of between 10-25 persons and offers special rates and incentives ( e.g. free cocktails, barbecue dinners and musical bands ).

In Seychelles cuisine, fish is very important, meat being usually served for special occasions or Sunday lunches.
Fish can be cooked is so many different ways and served with many dishes, chutneys, rice, vegetables, and different sauces.
Here again authenticity is the importance and almost all our products come from Seychelles .

Praslin is nor Ibiza nor Mikonos, and you must not expect to live hot or crozy nights; however Rosemary, your host, knows how to plan nice creole feast, in a convivial way, where everybody easily finds his place.
To the sound of local music and local dances you will then appreciate the nice moment, the general good mood, and you will be joyfully living a real creole style atmosphere, which you can only live in the Seychelles
